It’s a simple but important fact: employee health is key to business success.

Investing in the health and wellbeing of employees can save businesses billions of dollars every year. Based on the findings from Malaysia’s Healthiest Workplace by AIA Vitality Survey 2017, an average of 67 days are lost due to absence and presenteeism per employee per year in Malaysia. The average yearly cost of health-related absence and presenteeism per organisation is estimated at RM2.7 million*.

For employees, participating in The Healthiest Workplace by AIA Vitality will give them a comprehensive overview of their health and wellbeing in terms of lifestyle, clinical indicators, mental health, stress and other areas that may concern them. Each participating employee will also receive a personal report detailing their unique AIA Vitality Age.

Given that so much of our time is spent at work, we think it’s important that we understand, measure and ultimately, improve wellbeing in the workplace. That’s why we have created The Healthiest Workplace by AIA Vitality.
