Employee health is key to business success.

Investing in the health and wellbeing of employees can save businesses billions of dollars every year. For example, in Australia on average, absenteeism and presenteeism costs businesses over $10 million a year*, so identifying and addressing risks to employee health is critical to business success.

For employees, participating in the Healthiest Workplace Survey 2018 by AIA Vitality will give them a comprehensive overview of their health and wellbeing in terms of lifestyle, clinical indicators, mental health, stress and other areas that may concern them. Each participating employee will also receive a personal report detailing their unique AIA Vitality Age.

Given that so much of our time is spent at work, we think it’s important that we understand, measure and ultimately, improve wellbeing in the workplace. That’s why we have created the Healthiest Workplace Survey 2018 by AIA Vitality.
